support specialist near jazz in the park today we're going to be talking about Stress Management for Stress Management we have a lot we are doing a daily lines from now establish a morning routine so where exactly is in a morning routine what we're talking about the same thing just about every day so your body will be a jacket you what you're going to do what's the next what's going on throughout the it's okay to treat yourself it is okay to treat yourself I had to say that again because sometimes we get to a phone forget about still so therefore we need to always think about still and reward ourselves maybe you reward yourself with a candy bar maybe you were going shopping so that they reward yourself with a therapist just reach out for help everybody doesn't have the answers but trust me they will try to get the answers for you so it's okay to speak with a therapist or if you just want to speak with a clothes for it's okay to talk about what's going on schedule for all of our working people daycare providers and everything every other job that you're doing nurses every Buy take time to yourself we all all of us ladies we always talk about beauty sleep beauty sleep take a rest day Yanni sleep as well so therefore texting time to get some sleep and schedule days off that day is okay but try to pick out three good things that happened that day so we won't reflect on so many negative thoughts about today so therefore replay get your three best things that happened that day write them on paper look at them go over next to the trash keep those three things on your last but not least use positive language and self-talk lift yourself because the thing is negative thoughts that's human nature play once we speak things into existence speak positive we are just driving to have a great school year we can't wait for the kiddos to come back so the thing is we're all going to be just like the song say so get back to school let's get it I all always I will see you guys later bye bye
